The moment I set my appointment for a listing presentation, I send a text to the potential client with the details of our meeting and include links to two of my websites (present and/or past) for them to click on and see- this acts as a "salting" of part of what we will discuss in our meeting: staging, professional photos, professional videos, and single property websites. I know I have listed many homes over the years because of my Realbird websites.
With all of that being said, you have absolutely changed everything with these new "themes". They are professional, polished, and impressive. I just did my third new listing with the new themes and ALL THREE have received accolades from my sellers. Especially the mobile version of the website is elevated to a level I hadn't imagined. Sometimes, in my industry, I have to work tirelessly to pivot, elevate, and innovate... what a surprise and relief to have an important part of my business elevated like this without having to do a thing. I am forever grateful for your hard work."
