Clients are always impressed when I send them the link to their home and it is a marketing dream. I can send the link to buyers and they feel like they have the complete picture about the property.
Finally, the ease of posting my listings to facebook, blogs, active rain and craigs list from Real Bird is astounding. No service I currently use is this easy or intuitive. Kudos to Real Bird for creating a truly useful marketing tool with no useless or expensive gimmicks.
