"Realbird costs so little a year and it integrates all sorts of things in a pleasing format that would take much longer for me to do on my own. Additionally, Realbird pulls a listing map of all other available properties in the area and brands them w/ my name so any customer searching those other properties for sale in the area off of my realbird site will get my info. I’ve also integrated the listing map from realbird into my website.
Realbird is a time saver. Plus it DOES syndicate the listings online in my name. The websites it makes are REALLY quite nice, user friendly, etc. I COULD do it myself...but the small fee, with unlimited listings, is worth it to me....
I had a wonderful sale thanks specifically to my realbird site for a lakefront home - a listing that was due to be taken off the market for the winter, and chances are it would be relisted w/ someone else in the spring, but it was found by the person who ended up buying it.
