The RealBird® Listing Publisher provides different ways for marketing your
listings, including the industry's most comprehensive and growing list of real
estate marketing widgets. Widgets are compact, dynamic and interactive mini
presentations of your listings. What is special about these widgets is that
anyone can “pick” them up from your website or blog and embed in their website
or blog, and easily share them with their network of friends and family – a
perfect viral marketing tool, resulting in exponential exposure for you.
We provide you with widgets for marketing individual listings and widgets to
share your whole inventory. These widgets can also be used with your sold
listings to create an online portfolio to show your sales achievements.
Mini Single Property Website Widgets
Mini single property websites offer a great way to embed your listings
in other websites and in your blog posts. They also provide viral
marketing features. You and your audience can share and further
propagate them starting from your own site. As an example, see below
Janie Coffey's listing on RealBird. Note the "Get and Share" button below the
link. Go ahead, grab the widget and post it on your Facebook account or share
it via your favorite social network. The Mini Single Property Website retains
the custom theme of your single property website including the novel background
photo theme feature.

Email signature widget
Using your RealBird listing RSS feed with FeedBurner, you can easily create an
email signature widget and embed it automatically as a statitionary in every
email your send. As the "mother of all viral marketing", the email widget is a
great way to promote your listings every time you contact your prospects or
while farming. When your recipients forward your email, your email signature
widget travels with it to new destinations. This widget requires a
one-time setup and from there on it is automatically updated whenever you enter
or change a listing in your RealBird account.

Private labeled driving directions
Put your photo or logo and contact info on all driving directions
printed by your clients. This is a powerful advertising method to
